Summary
This is a fast color change automatic powder coating line that isspace saving, mass production and powder saving.
The powder coating line is designed for metal furniture pieces.
Due to the limited space of plant, we designed an non-continuous line but with automaticpowder spraying, including individual pretreatment(dipping), automatic powder coatingequipment & automatic powder booth, individual curing oven. The booth system is designed with cyclone separator, and connects with a powder center for fast cleaning and color change.
