2 Axes Long Stroke Powder Coating Reciprocator
COLO-2300D 2 axes intelligent controllable powder coating reciprocator is specially designed to improve the working efficiency and coating quality, it achieves precise movement at both Z-axis and X-axis. This reciprocator not only moves at Z-axis, but also can moved in and out of the booth at X-axis direction, in order to adap to the part width, thus complicated parts can be powdercoated in optimized effect.

Controller Screen
A user-friendly panel interface offers you great flexibility to set parameters and control the whole process.
* 0-100kv digitally adjustable for voltage, working parameters clearly shows on the screen.
* The spraying stroke and speed can be adjusted on the control panel,and 80 sets of spraying modes can be stored.
Excellent Features & Benefits
* Stroke in Z-axis(gun moving distance) can be adjustabled in controller wth abitrary set for different parts, while the moving speed can be set in a certain range, up to 78m/min.
* The max speed of fore-and-aft direct in X-axis is 10m/min(the data can be customized based on requirements), there is a corresponding motion control according to the detection of part position signal.
* Heavy-load reciprocator, could carry up to 24 pcs of spray guns for stable and reliable motion.
* The Z-axis movement sequences (stroke and stoke speed) can be digitally adjusted, and allows to create 80 storable programs of individual stoke and speed.
